More experienced students are encouraged to wear leotards & leggings. Please remove all jewelry. Small earrings are fine. This is for your safety and to not damage the aerial fabric. Long hair to be tied up. Bare feet for silks (grippy socks recommended in the colder months). Bring a water bottle. Where will I find you? We are in the gymnastics room at ICE Gym sports, 28 Edward Street, Rangiora. Located via the side entrance. There is a no shoe policy in the gym. Please remove your shoes at the door. Please wait for your lesson to start before going on any equipment. Siblings or anyone waiting whilst you are in class is to stay off any equipment.
